Feature
Content Calendar & Scheduling
See everything you've planned, at a glance.
Plan weeks of content on a single visual calendar, schedule posts for exactly when your audience is active, and let the queue take it from there. Reschedule with a drag, and know immediately if something needs your attention.
- Visual calendar across every connected platform
- Schedule once — a background worker publishes it at the right time
- Bulk schedule dozens of posts at once from a CSV file — no AI, exactly what you write
- Upcoming posts surfaced on your dashboard, not buried in a list
- Failed publishes are flagged with a retry, never silently dropped
How it works
Content Calendar & Scheduling in three steps
Draft your content
Write or AI-generate the post, attach media, and pick which platforms it should go to.
Drop it on the calendar
Choose the date and time — the calendar shows every platform's scheduled posts in one view, so gaps and clashes are obvious.
The queue takes it from there
A background worker publishes each post at its scheduled time, with automatic retries on transient failures and a clear flag if something needs your attention.
Who it's for
Built for how you actually work
Planning a month at a time
See your whole content plan on one screen instead of a spreadsheet or sticky notes.
Posting at the right time, every time
Schedule once and never worry about being online at 7am to hit publish.
Catching gaps before they happen
A quiet week is obvious on a calendar in a way it never is in a list.
Filling a whole month in one upload
Already have a content plan in a spreadsheet? Export it to Landio's CSV format and schedule the whole batch in one import.
Questions about content calendar & scheduling
What happens if a scheduled post fails to publish?+
It's flagged on your dashboard with the real failure reason and a Retry button — never silently dropped or left for you to discover days later.
Can I reschedule a post?+
Yes — move it to a new date and time from the calendar at any point before it publishes.
How does bulk CSV scheduling work?+
Download the template, fill in a row per post (caption, accounts, schedule time, and optional hashtags/link/media), and upload it. Each row is scheduled exactly as written — no AI rewrites it — and any row with a problem is reported individually instead of failing the whole batch. A toggle at import time sends every row through your workspace's approval queue instead of scheduling directly, for teams that require review before anything publishes.
Does scheduling work the same for every platform?+
Yes — Landio's own background queue handles timing uniformly for every platform, so scheduling behaves identically regardless of whether a given platform also has its own native scheduling API.
