Why this matters
Every AI generation — captions, hashtags, hooks, CTAs, inbox reply suggestions — reads your brand profile before writing anything. Filling it in once, in Settings, is what keeps output from sounding generic.
What to fill in
Industry, target audience, and location help the AI pick relevant language. Tone of voice and words to use/avoid keep every post consistent even across a team. CTA preferences give the AI a menu of calls-to-action that actually match how you close business.
